SMS Terms

1. What this program is

Composed Studio LLC ("Composed Studio", "we", "us", or "our") sends text messages from a toll-free number, under the sender brand "Composed Studio", on behalf of the organizations that use our software modules (CertFleet, Atlasafe, WarrantyTrail, TractTerm, and PlotSlate). We only send two kinds of messages:

  • Sign-in and account verification codes: one-time codes you ask for when signing in, or when adding a phone number as a sign-in method.
  • Credential and service reminders: for example, a heads-up that a certification or warranty registration you're responsible for has a deadline coming up, sent because an organization you belong to keeps your phone number on file for exactly that.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

2. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. This blocks everything we send to your phone from this number, including sign-in and verification codes. Once you've opted out, use another sign-in method (an authenticator app, which we recommend, or an email code) where you'd have used a text. Reply START to turn texts back on at any time.

4. Help

5. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How we use your mobile information

Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We use your phone number and consent record for one thing: delivering the messages described in Section 1. Our Privacy Policy covers the rest, including the service providers who carry these messages for us.
