CertEquip Module Schedule

1. How this Schedule works

This Schedule supplements the Master Platform Agreement and applies only to your Organization's use of CertEquip. Together, the Master Agreement and this Schedule are everything a single-module customer needs — you shouldn't have to read another Module's Schedule to understand your obligations for CertEquip. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Master Agreement. This Schedule describes CertEquip as of the Schedule's version date; functionality evolves per Section 8 of the Master Agreement.

2. Scope

This Schedule takes effect for your Organization when you activate CertEquip, and its terms apply only to CertEquip — not to any other Module your Organization may also have active.

3. Module-Specific Terms

CertEquip is a system of record for your organization's regulated equipment. Your team registers assets, records certifications, inspections, and calibrations against each one, and CertEquip computes each asset's compliance status from the records you keep. It watches next-due dates, sends email reminders at the lead times you configure, and generates audit binder exports and time-limited, revocable auditor share links. Assets and certifications may be entered by CSV import or by uploading a photo or PDF of a certificate for AI-assisted extraction; either way, a person on your team confirms the record before it becomes part of the official history.

CertEquip is not a certifying, inspection, or calibration body and does not itself certify any equipment. It does not determine or guarantee your organization's regulatory compliance and does not decide whether any equipment is safe to operate: an asset's status in CertEquip reflects the records your team has entered and confirmed, and responsibility for meeting regulatory requirements and for operating decisions remains with your organization.

Where these terms address a matter also covered by the Master Agreement, these CertEquip-specific terms control for CertEquip.

4. Versioning

This Schedule versions independently of the Master Agreement. The version and date shown above are what an acceptance record for CertEquip refers back to.
