In development. PlotSlate is a property development tracker, currently in build and not yet generally available. It's built as a portfolio dashboard plus a workspace for each project, holding stage, budget, tasks, documents, and directories in one place, in place of the spreadsheets and disconnected tools most development firms track a project pipeline with today.

A portfolio view the owner actually has
PlotSlate is for development firms running condo, land-hold, and mixed-use projects at once, each one tracked a little differently depending on who owns it. A construction PM tool and an accounting system don't talk to each other, so nobody has a portfolio-level view of where the money and the schedule stand. PlotSlate is being built as that view.

Role-based access
Admin, PM, and read-only roles, plus external view-only share links for partners and investors.
Reporting exports
Export the numbers to Excel when a lender or partner wants a report in their own format.
Planned pricing, before launch
PlotSlate is still in development and not yet generally available, so there's no signup or trial yet. When it launches it will be priced flat and tiered by how many active projects you're running, not by how many people log in, so your whole team can use it at no extra cost. Starter is planned for up to 5 active projects. Growth is planned for up to 15 active projects. Pro is planned with no project cap. Nothing can be purchased yet. When an amount is offered, it is on the pricing page.
