Real estate development project tracking
Real estate development project tracking
In development. PlotSlate is a property development tracker, currently in build and not yet generally available. It's built as a portfolio dashboard plus a workspace for each project, holding stage, budget, tasks, documents, and directories in one place, in place of the spreadsheets and disconnected tools most development firms track a project pipeline with today.
See every project's stage and budget health on one grid, with a pipeline funnel and an attention feed for what's overdue or over budget.
Each project gets its own workspace for budget, change orders, milestones, documents, and team.
Cost rows can record an external source, such as Procore or QuickBooks, as provenance on the line item. No live integration exists yet.
Share a read-only view with a lender or investor, or export the numbers to Excel when they want their own format.
A portfolio view the owner actually has
PlotSlate is for development firms running condo, land-hold, and mixed-use projects at once, each one tracked a little differently depending on who owns it. A construction PM tool and an accounting system don't talk to each other, so nobody has a portfolio-level view of where the money and the schedule stand. PlotSlate is being built as that view.
Portfolio dashboard
A stage-and-budget-health grid across every project, a pipeline funnel, and an attention feed for overdue tasks and cost variances.
Project workspace
Per-project overview, budget and cost-variance tracking, change orders, milestones, and a team directory in one place.
Cost source tracking
Record where a cost figure came from, including Procore or QuickBooks as an external source, on the line item itself. No live sync exists yet.
Documents & activity log
Project documents and a running activity log live alongside the budget and schedule they relate to.
Role-based access
Admin, PM, and read-only roles, plus external view-only share links for partners and investors.
Reporting exports
Export the numbers to Excel when a lender or partner wants a report in their own format.
Planned pricing, before launch
PlotSlate is still in development and not yet generally available, so there's no signup or trial yet. Here's what it will cost once it launches. PlotSlate will be priced flat and tiered by how many active projects you're running, not by how many people log in, so your whole team can use it at no extra cost. Starter is planned at $199/month for up to 5 active projects. Growth is planned at $499/month for up to 15 active projects. Pro is planned at $999/month with no project cap. These are planned figures, not a live offer. Nothing can be purchased yet.
