Atlasafe Module Schedule

1. How this Schedule works

This Schedule supplements the Master Platform Agreement and applies only to your Organization's use of Atlasafe. Together, the Master Agreement and this Schedule are everything a single-module customer needs — you shouldn't have to read another Module's Schedule to understand your obligations for Atlasafe. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Master Agreement. This Schedule describes Atlasafe as of the Schedule's version date; functionality evolves per Section 8 of the Master Agreement.

2. Scope

This Schedule takes effect for your Organization when you activate Atlasafe, and its terms apply only to Atlasafe — not to any other Module your Organization may also have active.

3. Module-Specific Terms

Atlasafe is a system of record for the insurance program your organization already has. Your team keeps an inventory of the policies you track — carriers, brokers, coverage types, and renewal dates — records claims and certificates, uploads supporting documents, and defines the coverage requirements you want to track against. Atlasafe computes each policy's status, flags coverage gaps against the requirements you set from the data you record, and sends renewal reminders by email and in-app.

Where your Organization also has TractTerm active, Atlasafe's policy and property records can be referenced by TractTerm to check lender-mandated insurance requirements against the coverage your team has recorded. This operates only on your own Organization's data in both Modules, per Section 6 of the Master Agreement.

Atlasafe is not a broker or an advisor and gives no insurance advice: it does not determine, validate, or guarantee your actual coverage or compliance, and it does not shop, place, or bind insurance — those decisions rest with your carriers and brokers.

Where these terms address a matter also covered by the Master Agreement, these Atlasafe-specific terms control for Atlasafe.

4. Versioning

This Schedule versions independently of the Master Agreement. The version and date shown above are what an acceptance record for Atlasafe refers back to.
