1. How this Schedule works
This Schedule supplements the Master Platform Agreement and applies only to your Organization's use of WarrantyTrail. Together, the Master Agreement and this Schedule are everything a single-module customer needs — you shouldn't have to read another Module's Schedule to understand your obligations for WarrantyTrail. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Master Agreement. This Schedule describes WarrantyTrail as of the Schedule's version date; functionality evolves per Section 8 of the Master Agreement.
2. Scope
This Schedule takes effect for your Organization when you activate WarrantyTrail, and its terms apply only to WarrantyTrail — not to any other Module your Organization may also have active.
3. Module-Specific Terms
WarrantyTrail is a system of record for your organization's manufacturer program paperwork. Your team tracks manufacturer certifications, the training requirements attached to them, and warranty registrations, each to its own deadline, with supporting documents filed against the item they belong to. WarrantyTrail scans nightly for approaching deadlines and sends alerts while there is still time to act; a registration shows as confirmed only once the manufacturer's confirmation has been recorded.
WarrantyTrail is not a manufacturer program and provides no certification, training, or warranty itself. It does not file, confirm, or guarantee any registration or certification with a manufacturer: your organization's standing in a manufacturer's program — including whether a warranty is valid or a certification is in force — is determined solely by that manufacturer and its program terms.
Where these terms address a matter also covered by the Master Agreement, these WarrantyTrail-specific terms control for WarrantyTrail.
4. Versioning
This Schedule versions independently of the Master Agreement. The version and date shown above are what an acceptance record for WarrantyTrail refers back to.
