Signing in
You have one Composed Studio account, and it works everywhere. CertFleet, Atlasafe, WarrantyTrail, TractTerm, and PlotSlate all share the same sign-in.
How sign-in works
Most people sign in with an email and password. If your company has connected its own identity provider, you'll go through that instead. Same result either way: you land in the app you were headed to.
Belong to more than one organization? We'll ask which one you mean before dropping you into an app.
Two-step verification
On your account's Sign-in & security page you can add a second check on top of your password: an authenticator app, a text message code, or an email code. Once one is on, we'll ask for a code when you sign in. The full picture is in two-step verification.
If you're choosing, go with the authenticator app. It works with no phone signal and nothing gets sent anywhere that could be intercepted; see authenticator apps for setup. Text and email codes are perfectly fine fallbacks when an app isn't practical. There's more on how the text message option works (and how to stop it) in text messages from Composed Studio.
Switching organizations
If you're in more than one organization, there's a switcher inside every app. It moves you straight over, no signing out and back in.
Signed out unexpectedly?
Nine times out of ten it's one of two things: your session expired after sitting idle, or something changed in your account's security settings, and if it's the latter, there's a text or email from us telling you so. Just sign back in. If your password doesn't work anymore, the reset link on the sign-in page will sort it out.
Bring us the problem everyone works around.
If your team burns hours on work that software should be doing, tell us about it. One of our products may already cover it. If not, we'd like to hear what's missing.
